Work can support recovery

The right employment support can help you explore what you want from work, build confidence, overcome barriers, and find or keep a role that suits you.
The UOK Wellbeing Service can help adults in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex explore employment, education, and volunteering options. Southdown also provides specialist employment programmes for people who meet their eligibility criteria.
