Top 30 Family Friendly Employer

We are delighted to say that for the ninth year running, Southdown has been named in the top 30 Best Employers for Working Families.

Employers are assessed using Working Families’ Benchmark to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family-friendly policies and practices that specifically support mothers, fathers, and carers. Southdown has been placed in the top 30 alongside organisations such as The Food Standards Agency, Office for National Statistics and Imperial College London. You can see the full list here.
