Brighton and Hove Recovery College, offer educational courses as a route to better mental wellbeing. All their courses are FREE and designed and delivered by.

Brighton and Hove Recovery College, offer educational courses as a route to better mental wellbeing. All their courses are FREE and designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, together with clinical staff and other professionals.
The College is provided in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the UOK Brighton & Hove network of mental health support.
The College say:
“We are excited to announce four brand new workshops this term; ‘Beating New Year Blues’, ‘Food & Mood’, Mental Health & Gambling Awareness’ and ‘What Does Recovery Mean to you?’.
If you are new to Brighton & Hove Recovery College, then we’d love to welcome you to join us this term.”
The Spring term will run from 30th January through to April 2023. There’s lots of additional support for anyone who’d like to find out more before applying or may be apprehensive about attending. starting with an Open Day event at The Brighthelm Centre on Wednesday 11th January, from 11am – 3pm.
