How to get support
Access to Southdown services depends on the type of support, where you live and your situation.
Some services are open access, which means you can contact them directly. Other services need a referral, for example from a professional, NHS team, local authority or partner organisation.
Each service page helps explain who the service is for, where it is available, how to access support and what to expect next.
