Staying Well crisis cafes

When you’re struggling, you need somewhere safe to go – not a waiting room or an emergency department. Our Staying Well crisis cafes offer a calm, welcoming alternative when things feel overwhelming.

Someone on your side

We offer different types of one-to-one support depending on what you need. Some services you can access yourself – just get in touch directly. Others need a referral from a GP, mental health team, or another health professional.

Not sure which applies to you? Read on and we’ll help you find the right route.
