Education and learning

When you’re struggling, you need somewhere safe to go – not a waiting room or an emergency department. Our Staying Well crisis cafes offer a calm, welcoming alternative when things feel overwhelming.

Learn, grow, and connect

Recovery isn’t just about managing symptoms – it’s about building a life that feels meaningful. Learning about your mental health can help you understand what’s happening, develop coping strategies, and feel more in control.

Our Recovery College offers free courses designed and delivered by people with lived experience, alongside mental health professionals. Everyone is welcome – whether you use mental health services or not.
