Our services
Mental health & employment support
Support when you need it most - from someone to talk to, to crisis help when things feel overwhelming.
Need urgent help?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For a mental health crisis, call NHS 111 and select Option 2. Our crisis cafes are open evenings with no referral needed.
Supporting mental health across Sussex
We provide mental health support across Sussex – from someone to talk to, to crisis help when things feel overwhelming. We work in partnership with the NHS and local councils across Sussex, as part of UOK and Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.
We are the lead provider of the UOK mental health network in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex, bringing together 23 community mental health organisations under one banner of accessible support.
