Our services
Learning disability support
Care and support to help you live the life you choose - with independence, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
Supporting people with learning disabilities across Sussex
We support over 160 people with learning disabilities across Sussex to live the lives they choose – with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging.
Our registered care homes and supported living services provide care that is relationship-based and person-centred. We focus on what matters to each individual: their goals, their interests, their strengths. Our support is built around this.
We also work to help people connect with their communities, reduce loneliness, and find opportunities for meaningful activity and purpose. All our registered services meet Care Quality Commission standards.
What we offer
Finding the right support for you
The right support looks different for everyone. We offer two options – both shaped around your goals, your choices, and what a good life looks like for you.

Registered care homes
Living with 24-hour care
Our registered care homes in Brighton and Hove, Seaford, and Newhaven provide accommodation and round-the-clock support in one package. Homely, welcoming settings where you have real choice over your daily life – with staff there 24 hours a day.
All our care homes are rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC.
This might be right for you if…
You need higher levels of care and support throughout the day and night, or want the reassurance of a settled environment with consistent staff around you.

Supported living
Living in your own home with support
You have your own tenancy – your own home, your own front door -with our team providing the support you need to live your life the way you want. We support people across 26 services in Sussex.
Support can be a few hours a week or round-the-clock – shaped entirely around what you need.
This might be right for you if…
You want more independence and control over your daily life, with support that can flex as your needs and goals change over time.
How to get support
Getting support is easier than you might think. There are a few steps, and we’re here to help at every one. If you’re not sure where to start, just get in touch — we’re happy to talk it through.
Get an assessment
Contact your local authority (council) to request an Adult Social Care Assessment. This looks at your needs and what support would help most.
Funding is agreed
If you're assessed as eligible, your local authority or the NHS will work out how your support is funded. We can help you understand this process.
We find the right fit
Your social worker or care coordinator refers you to us. We'll sit down together, talk through your needs, and find the service that's right for you.
We currently have vacancies
We have spaces available in both registered care homes and supported living services across Sussex.
Not sure which option is right? Both are shaped entirely around you – your strengths, your choices, and what a good life looks like for you. We’re happy to talk it through.
