We are pleased to announce the opening of our new office at Isetta Square in Brighton. This move brings us from our former office at Frederick Place to a modern and centrally located facility designed to enhance both service delivery and staff wellbeing.
Located in the heart of Brighton, Isetta Square provides upgraded amenities to better support our team and clients. The new space features fully equipped training suites, meeting rooms and specialised workstations. It has a separate entrance, reception, and kitchen area dedicated to Recovery College students, also accessible to staff.
Please note our new address:
Southdown
35 New England Street,
Brighton, BN1 4GQ.
The central location brings us closer to transport links and local voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, including Mind, BMCEP, and Ethical Property. This aligns with Southdown’s long-term strategy to strengthen partnerships and expand service impact.
The move from Frederick Place to Isetta Square was a collaborative effort, with colleagues overcoming several logistical challenges, including complex building control requirements and landlord permissions for major alterations. Their dedication and perseverance ensured that the space is now fully equipped and ready for use.
Jim Aspdin, Southdown’s Director of Housing & Assets, shared:
Isetta Square officially opened on January 13th, 2025, representing a new chapter in our commitment to serving our communities from a fresh and flexible space.
Please use the signage below to reach the entrance of the building.
